Shipping & Returns

Notice:  Orders placed between 1/14/20-1/30/20 will require 15 days to be fulfilled for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  


Alpha orders are sent out DHL, DPD, TNT or PostNL couriers.

A tracking number from Alpha is typically supplied within 2-4 days after the order is processed, please allow several days for the tracking to show shipping carrier updates. 

USA - $3.99 
Standard Delivery within 3-9 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rest Of World - $4.99 
Standard Delivery within 4-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please allow shipping to take an additional 7-14 working days during busy periods.

A signature may be required upon receiving the goods and if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local post office. 

Alpha is not responsible for tracking an order once the item has been dispatched from our warehouses. Tracking shipment is the customer’s responsibility. Any loss/damage sustained during transit or failure of the courier to deliver the item is the courier’s responsibility and not Alpha. Any claims must be filed with the courier.

Our garments are made to perfection and stored in factories located in England, China, and Stockholm. Orders may be fulfilled from any of these warehouses depending on stock availability and shipment locations. Order fulfillment may take 2-7 days. 


Returns policy? 


Email us with any questions regarding returning an item and we will provide the appropriate postage details. 

Please send us an email if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant. Once we have received your request we will give you the instructions.

Alpha can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was received. All items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be processed. 

Alpha cannot accept returns on items purchased during a giveaway clearance or sale.

Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

Thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received; as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
